a) Existing normal telephone and ADSL subscribers will not be charged for migration to GPON.

b) Port Charge of ONT/MDU with new GPON connection testing configuration at similar connection cost 

(including supply and installation of CAT cable up to 50 meters) will also be covered.

c) If the connection is provided through the ONT, BTCL can be changed if the ONT has a technical fault. If customer number is lost or damaged, BTCL number will be changed on deposit of Tk 2000/- through demand note.
