Type of service


LLI (Leased Line Internet)

LLI is an enterprise internet service of BTCL. The connection to this service is usually provided through optical fiber. The connection is fully dedicated, full duplex which is connected through real IP address. Latency is very low, almost non-existent.


Public IP Address

BTCL leases dedicated real IP addresses of both IPV4 and IPV6 to its existing LLI customers. IP blocks are given on an annual basis and have to be renewed every year.


NIX Service

BTC has National Internet Exchange (NIX) service which exchanges domestic internet traffic through peering between ISPs.


Cache Service

BTC has Google, Facebook, Akamai and JagoBD cache servers. Through this, users can access YouTube, Facebook and other applications at high speed from BTCL cache servers.

In this case, the bandwidth of the ISP connection should be at least 100Mbps. Generally, the cache bandwidth is 50% of the internet bandwidth.
